What file format and quality will I receive?

All designs are provided as high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background saved at 300 DPI. They are optimized for crisp, vibrant transfers with clean edges on DTF printers (also compatible with Sublimation and Direct-to-Garment/DTG).

What size are the designs?

Every design is set to standard A3 size (11.7″ × 16.5″ / 297 × 420 mm / 3508 × 4960 px) at full 300 DPI resolution. They are crisp enough to print at full size or scale down easily for smaller garments without any loss in clarity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Maya. At checkout, scan our QR code or send to the Maya number shown, then upload your receipt. Some bundles can also be bought on our Ko-fi shop (look for the “Buy It on Ko-fi” button on the product page). No need to message us first. All payment details are shown at checkout.

How do I access my files after purchasing?

After you upload your payment receipt, we check it by hand, usually within 1 hours. Once your order is marked Paid, we email you a Google Drive link with the high-res PNG files plus a ZIP file for quick bulk download. If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder, or contact us.
